I began my fitness journey at age of 18, initially I used to workout just for pastime but being consistent brought change in my physique,being regular not just change my body shape but also helped me to be mentally fit.In beginning I did lot of mistake & followed so called "Bro splits" in my workouts & kept trust on various myths regarding nutrition & supplemention becz of poor knowledge. That's why,After year I took it more serious, I researched about new excercises, nutrition & lots of stuff about fitness which helps me alot & to guide other people as well.Thought of Joing a gym came in my mind was common as like it came in every teenagers mind after high school but I didn't expected that it gonna push me in that manner.In those years 3 things helped me out to be fitness freak- consistency- dedication - patience. According me, fitness it's not just limited with weight gaining, weight loss. Working out not just gives strong physique but more than that it gives too strong mind to handle every single difficult situation in your life. You can automatically look sexier than 80% of the population by hitting gym & eating clean. initially Most of us get easily disappoint as they don't see any changes while transforming ,just remember it's not a one day game, u have to be more consistent, hardworker in the room to achieve your dream physique,keep patience & Thats all dedication will worth it!! Just Trust The Process 💯💯.
